海鲜汤粉面[9P]

[size=4]粉面汤底:猪骨,干鱿魚,洋葱,冬菜,盐,糖,味精.

材料:粉,蛋面,鱼蛋,虾,尤魚片,豆芽,韭菜,芫荽,葱花.红辣椒.

做法:用猪骨过水熬6小时加冬菜, 盐,糖,味精调味成汤底,加入尤魚片, 鱼蛋与虾去壳剔肠烫熟.粉,蛋面在沸水煮熟,加鱼蛋,虾,鱿魚片,韭菜.浓汤底烧开后在粉面上再洒些芫荽,葱花即可.[/size]
